My pillow needs change - sometimes like a flatter pillow, sometimes fuller. This gives me the best of all worlds! These "poofed up" super fast. Didn't even need to pop in the dryer like I have with other down items. The down fill is very soft and quiet with no weird smell. I love being able to customize my pillow poof with just one pillow! Having a set of two is great so you can buy one set for you and a partner and each choose your perfect amount of support. I can't believe someone didn't come up with this genius concept sooner!

5 stars simply because my continual neck pain no longer occurs. The customisable inserts are brilliant. My wife and I use differing sizes and both love this pillow. Very very comfortable. The only thing I would say is it started to break up internally between the 6-9 months which currently means fluffing the pillow at the start of the night now so get it consistent but still a great nights sleep with no pain so I guess need to get a pillow each year would be my suggestion but not worth decreasing stars for honestly how good this pillow is.

I love a goose down feather pillow. IMO, they are the ultimate pillow for comfort. They dont make you hot and always stay cool. But its so hard to find one that suits my needs and wants. This design allows you to customize you pillow. you can adjust it to be soft or firm flat or fluffy. Any way that the most comfortable you. I like a soft fluffy pillow and my husband likes a flat firm pillow. So these are the perfect solution. There is no funky smell and they come already fluffed up. No shrink wrap to smash your feathers inside, The price is fair and a good nights sleep is priceless. Highly recommended~!

The best invention ever - having it customizable is so innovative. And since the pillow has multiple inserts, it’s great for anyone with allergies who needs to wash frequently- the cover unzips completely, so washing is a breeze and you know it’s getting fully clean and completely dry throughout. No bulky pieces. The way it was packaged was also great for allergies- fully sealed and extremely fresh feeling- no weird smells from warehouses or transit or anything. Other basic pillows usually pick up bad smells and allergens during shipping. Never going back to those old basic pillows again- I love these so much!
