I have tried over 30 different pillows to help with neck pain from a herniated disc. Pillow are either too thick, too thin, too firm or too soft. This pillow is amazing. I can adjust the thickness layers when my neck is in pain so I get the best of all worlds. It's only been a few days, but I have already slept much better and the pain in my neck is going away.

As advertised, the pillows have 3 inner removable pillows with different thicknesses that are small, medium, and large. The zipper goes around 3 sides to make it easy to get to the inner pillows. The large-size inner pillow is perfect for me. I've never been able to buy a pillow with the perfect thickness, until now. And they are so very soft! Definitely worth the money.

I have bought all kinds of pillows and they're either too firm, high, too low, but these from the first night sleeping on them I slept much better and did not toss and turn like I normally would.
