5 stars simply because my continual neck pain no longer occurs. The customisable inserts are brilliant. My wife and I use differing sizes and both love this pillow. Very very comfortable. The only thing I would say is it started to break up internally between the 6-9 months which currently means fluffing the pillow at the start of the night now so get it consistent but still a great nights sleep with no pain so I guess need to get a pillow each year would be my suggestion but not worth decreasing stars for honestly how good this pillow is.

Nice product with a unique twist. Each pillow is composed of 3 smaller pillows, and you can remove one (or 2) to make the pillow softer and smaller. As a side sleeper who uses a CPAP machine, I needed a soft pillow that wouldn't press against my cheek, and at the same time, raise my head to maintain my alignment. With one of the inner pillows removed, the EverSnug is perfect for me. Not too firm, not too soft, and not as tall as most pillows. And if the EverSnug ever gets too soft, I can simply replace the third pillow. Minimal odor that was gone in 2 days.

The customer should know first that at the age of 78, these are the pillows I was waiting for since my childhood, which according to my wife has not yet ended. 5'9" 187, I have RLS and take meds for it. I have always been a restless sleeper, and a left side sleeper. Surgery last June forced me to sleep on my back, helped by a lot of pain pills. Still had trouble. I still sleep on my back sometimes, mostly, I lay on my back and enjoy how comfortable i am These pillows are adjustable fluffy, buy two. If you have cabin somewhere, buy some for the guests you like.

For the past couple of years I have been looking for a good replacement pillow for my worn-out one. Friends recommended some, but they were too big and made my neck hurt. (Side sleeper.) Other friends recommended others but they were too soft. Just when I was beginning to feel like I was permanently stuck being Goldilocks in the 3 bears house, I read about these on Amazon and based on the reviews, decided to try them. Voila! Two of the "sub pillows" per case was the perfect combination for me. So I have passed along the others to family members so they can create their own perfect pillows.
